How to manage programs: share, copy, save as template and delete

To share a program to your client's dedicated app, start by selecting the program. If you want to share the initial base program, click "Edit" to enter the program.

If you've already done several sessions with the client, click 'Edit' or 'View' to share the latest version of the program for the next solo session.

Once inside the program, you'll see the summary page showing session length, resting heart rate, and any contraindications to exercise. You can also set the number of sessions before changing the program.

If your client has a contraindication, click on the do's and don'ts section to access additional information.

Clicking on the contraindication will open a PDF outlining what you should and should not do with the client during sessions.

You can modify the program if necessary. To share it with your client, click the 'Actions' button at the top right of the page.

The options menu allows you to make copies, save as templates, delete programs, simulate the app, or share the program with your client’s phone app.

If your client already has the app installed, just click 'Share with client' to finalize.

If your client doesn’t have the app, you can invite them by entering their email and selecting the preferred language. They will receive the invitation via email.

From the client profile page, you can also invite them to install the app. The invitation includes a link to the App Store or Play Store.

To preview what the client sees, click the 'Simulate Client App' option from the menu.

This gives you a live, read-only view of your client's app, allowing you to explore without altering any data.
