Create Circuits inside a program or a session

In this tutorial we will show you how you can create a circuit style workout within a clients program or session. This can be done in coached sessions as well as solo sessions.
Easy Steps
On the top right, click Add to add a new program. For this tutorial, we chose a Multi-Week Program, but the steps for circuits inside of an evolving program are the same. We are creating a coached session today, but you could also create the circuit inside a solo session. Click the plus icon and choose 'Add exercises' from the menu.
Once you've added exercises, right-click on the section title to make it a circuit. Choose from HIIT/LIIT/Rehab, AMRAP, or EMOM styles.
Input the parameters such as time per station, rest time before/after a section, the number of rounds, and rest time between rounds if there are multiple rounds.
Click save at the bottom right. Now your circuit has been implemented in the program or session! Under your section title, icons will appear for the timings of the circuit. By clicking on individual exercises, you can:
- Customize the name
- Add a short description
- Write notes for coaches or the client
To start the circuit, click the play button on the section title. The screen will show all exercises or up to 20, including visual demos, titles, and sequence numbers.
At the top right of the screen, you can navigate to start the circuit, pass, skip, or rewind as needed.
