Build a Multi-Week Program

This tutorial will walk you through all steps of how to first build a Multi Week Program for a client using the Goxpro app.

Easy Steps

GoXPro Multi Week Program Tutorial
Step 1:
Click "Personal Coach App"

Access the Personal Coach section of the app.

Step 2:
Navigate to the Clients Tab

Go to the Clients tab to view your client list.

Step 3:
Open a Client Profile

Click on a client’s card to open their profile. This is where you’ll create their Multi-Week Program.

Step 4:
Click the Programs Tab

Inside the client’s folder, click on the Programs tab.

Step 5:
Create a New Multi-Week Program

Click the “Add” button at the top right to start a new Multi-Week Program.

Step 6:
Select “Multi-Week Program”

Choose the “Multi-Week Program” option from the list and click “Add” to proceed.

Step 7:
Name the Program

Click “Edit” to name your program, then click “Save” to confirm.

Step 8:
Add Activities
  • Click the three dots to add activities.
  • Choose activities like client evaluations, coached sessions, solo sessions, or habit-forming challenges.
Step 9:
Customise Activities
  • Select each activity and customise it to fit your client’s needs.
  • You can rapidly add exercises or use templates to save time.
Step 10:
Review and Save

Once all activities are added, review your program and click “Save” to finalise.

Step 11:
Duplicate or Add Weeks
  • Duplicate the first week if you want to repeat the same structure.
  • Add new weeks and make necessary adjustments to tailor the program further.
Step 12:
Save as a Template

If you’re satisfied with the program, save it as a template for future use.
