Build a Multi-Week Program

This tutorial will walk you through all steps of how to first build a Multi Week Program for a client using the Goxpro app.
Easy Steps
Access the Personal Coach section of the app.
Go to the Clients tab to view your client list.
Click on a client’s card to open their profile. This is where you’ll create their Multi-Week Program.
Inside the client’s folder, click on the Programs tab.
Click the “Add” button at the top right to start a new Multi-Week Program.
Choose the “Multi-Week Program” option from the list and click “Add” to proceed.
Click “Edit” to name your program, then click “Save” to confirm.
- Click the three dots to add activities.
- Choose activities like client evaluations, coached sessions, solo sessions, or habit-forming challenges.
- Select each activity and customise it to fit your client’s needs.
- You can rapidly add exercises or use templates to save time.
Once all activities are added, review your program and click “Save” to finalise.
- Duplicate the first week if you want to repeat the same structure.
- Add new weeks and make necessary adjustments to tailor the program further.
If you’re satisfied with the program, save it as a template for future use.
