In this short tutorial video, we'll explore how, as a client, you can track and view your exercise progressions in the client app. We'll also cover how to share these results to social media.

Easy Steps

GoXPro Client App Tutorial - Exercise Progression Tracking
Step 1:
Client app homepage
  • On the homepage of your client app, click the "My programs" tile, highlighted in purple.
  • Note: The design of your app's homepage may vary, but the steps to view exercise progressions are the same.
  • The "My Programs" page lists your current programs, instructed videos, and circuit-style workouts shared by your coach.
Step 2:
Start your workout
  • Click on the program name to open it.
  • The program overview will show the types of exercises and the number of sets for each.
  • Click "Start" to begin your session.
  • Slide the up arrow with your finger to record sets, reps, and weights.
  • Check the "Done" box to save your progress.
  • If applicable, click the exercise results graph icon at the bottom centre of the screen to view your progression graph.
  • You can see your progress from both coached and solo sessions, or a combination of both.
Step 3:
Share progress on social media
  • Click the "Share" arrow icon (highlighted in purple) to share your progress.
  • Choose a sharing option (e.g., Facebook) by clicking the corresponding button.
  • Add a comment and post the graph to your social media feed.
Step 4:
Track your 'All time best result'
  • Click "Ever" and then click the trophy icon (highlighted in purple) to view your all-time best result.
  • Share this result to your preferred social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
  • Choose where to post (e.g., feed, story, group).
  • Add a comment to inspire others and share your gym’s logo and coach's name automatically with your post.
