This tutorial will guide you through the steps on how to schedule your Multi Week Program, after the building of the program is complete.
Easy Steps
When you're satisfied with your program and ready to schedule it for your client, navigate to the top right of your program and click the Schedule button.
Select a start date for the program. You can start the program on any day of the week.
Under the scheduling section, set the preferred session time for your client (e.g., 10:30 AM).
If you have existing bookings in your calendar for this client, you can toggle the switch to include these bookings in the scheduling.
- Always (only if time is available): Only schedule exact matches for the client's preferred time.
- When possible, otherwise earlier: Use earlier time slots if preferred time is unavailable.
- When possible, otherwise later: Use later time slots if preferred time is unavailable.
- When possible, otherwise earlier or later: Use both earlier and later time slots if needed.
Click the schedule button to start the automated scheduling process.
The system will show how many sessions have been scheduled, how many used existing bookings, and how many could not be scheduled.
Click 'Apply Schedule' to add the sessions to both your calendar and the client’s calendar.
- Click on unscheduled activities (e.g., evaluations) to find available time slots.
- If no times are available, you can add a new time slot based on your availability.
Once you're ready, click the Publish button to finalize and make your schedule live.
If your client doesn’t have enough session credits, the system will partially publish the sessions. Unpublished sessions will be marked in faded red until more credits are available.
