How to add an exercise to library
Follow these steps to add an exercise to your library
Step 1: Navigate to Program Templates
Open Program Templates in your coaching app.
Step 2: Access "My Exercises"
From the top navigation, select My Exercises to open your personal exercise library.
Step 3: Choose Exercise Type
Select the category of exercise to add, such as warm-up, cardio, or resistance. Here, we’ll add a resistance exercise.
Step 4: Click "Add"
Tap the Add button to start creating a new exercise in your library.
Step 5: Name Your Exercise
Enter a name for the exercise, then click Save.
Step 6: Attach Videos or Pictures
Add a video URL or images to demonstrate the exercise. Here, we’ll show both options, starting with a video link.
Step 7: Click "Video URL"
Paste the video URL and click Save.
Step 8: Add Pictures
To add images, click Add Picture. You can add multiple images, such as start and end positions.
Step 9: Upload a Picture
Choose an image from your device and save it to the exercise.
Step 10: Preview and Edit
Review and edit your video or image attachments as needed.
Step 11: Confirm Media
Check that the video or image displays correctly. (If using external links, ensure they’re reliable or consider hosting on your own platform.)
Step 12: Share Your Exercise
If you have admin rights, you can share this exercise with your club or organisation.
Step 13: Delete an Exercise
To delete, click the Delete icon.
Step 14: Toggle Deleted Exercises
Use the checkboxes to view deleted or shared exercises in your library.
Step 15: Exercise Added
Success! Your new exercise is now in your library.
