Easy steps
Easy steps
Step 1:
Go to the Settings Tab

Start by navigating to the Settings tab in your app.

Step 2:
Your Details

Under Preferences, you’ll find details like your username, club affiliation, and assigned coach level. Here, you can also update your timezone, useful for remote training across different time zones.

Step 3:
Default Exercise Parameters

This section displays the default settings for resistance training exercises. These are automatically applied when you add new exercises, and you can update them anytime.

Step 4:
Change Capabilities

This feature allows trainers to delete clients within a 5-minute window from the client’s profile under Options. Note that club settings may disable this feature.

Step 5:
Your Bio

Here, you can add a video link (Vimeo or YouTube), upload a profile photo, and write a short bio to introduce yourself, your coaching philosophy, experience, and skills.

Step 6:
Bio Display

Your bio appears on the My Trainer or My Coach page in the client app, offering clients insights into your background.

Step 7:
Public Information

On the Public page, you can list details like languages spoken and qualifications. Unless set by you or your club to display publicly, this information is only visible within the app.

Step 8:
Private Information

The Private page shows your username and email. Editing options here depend on your club’s settings.

Step 9:
Availability

Set your default availability here so clients can book sessions with you. You can also adjust availability for specific days, such as during holidays. Another tutorial covers this feature in detail.

In this guide, you learned how to navigate the Settings tab in your coaching app, adjust your timezone, set default exercise parameters, and add a bio to personalize your profile for clients.
